To just say that the Corvettes of Pennsylvania is a car club from the Beaver County area would be slightly misleading. Instead, a more accurate description would be that Corvettes of Pennsylvania is a group of friends who all just happen to conveniently drive Corvettes!

Since the inception of the club in 1971, this fun loving group has grown over the years to over 200 members. We have all enjoyed numerous events together, which has resulted in many memories, laughs, and life long friendships.

One of the personalities of the club is the generosity displayed by the members when a helping hand is needed or a contribution is requested to help those less fortunate. The Young Eagle Flight for Challenged Children is a priority for us each June. Along with the Corvette Club of Western Pa., we drive these wonderful kids around the airport while they wait for their airplane rides. We all remember our first Corvette ride, and the expressions these inspirational kids give us are truly memorable.

Our Corvette Show held at Tom Henry Chevrolet continues to be a growing success, which has resulted in over $4600 being donated to the St. Barnabas Charitable Foundation.

Together with our friends from the Cruzin Few, we support the Voluntary Action Center by assisting with the Hanger Hop at the Beaver County Airport. The clubs also purchase and deliver over 250 presents for the kids at Christmas. The police escort of the cars to deliver gifts brings tears to the volunteers at the VAC. In addition to the several parades annually, driving the school homecoming courts and their escorts always makes for a memorable evening for those enjoying their senior year. Many cruises, poker runs, road rallies, dinner trips, picnics and winter activities are well organized and enjoyed by the great turnout of members we have throughout the year.

Another amazing attribute of Corvettes of Pennsylvania members is their willingness to lend a hand when help is needed. Their tireless effort these past years has been recognized and appreciated by the St. Barnabas Charitable Foundation. Corvettes of PA hosted the Third WPCCC Picnic at Brady's Run Park in 2002, and the number of members who assisted was overwhelming! The trip after the picnic to the BeaveRun Motorsports Complex was a great way to end a great day.
